Ripple Effect Coaching is a coaching service intended for people looking to make a positive impact in their careers and the lives of the people they coach and lead. It is for current athletic coaches, aspiring coaches and leaders looking to better themselves and bring out the best in the people they serve.
*THE RIPPLE EFFECT COHORT*
This is a unique program for individuals who love to learn from others in a cohort-based setting. Small groups of current coaches and leaders will meet together to share and learn from one another. The Ripple Effect Cohort will team up with Authenica to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience. This program is recommended as an introduction to Ripple Effect Coaching and our offerings.
COACHING IMPACT PROGRAM
How many coaches have coaches? This is a service designed for athletic coaches interested in becoming better coaches by utilizing the same level of feedback and accountability that they provide the athletes they coach. Becoming a more impactful coach begins with your own growth.
Newly Hired or Aspiring Coach Prep
Consult with coaches who are working toward making the leap from assistant coach to advancing their coaching careers or running their own programs. This is a targeted coaching program for high school coaches working to advance in the coaching profession.

Exploratory Session
During this complimentary session, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the coaching process. It is the first step to determining if Ripple Effect Coaching can help you become a more impactful leader.
What to Expect after the Exploratory Session
If we decide we are a good fit after the exploratory session, you will receive a proposal on how we can best work together.
This is not a "one size fits all" program. We will develop a customized plan based on your needs and goals.
