Imagine this very moment; there are no limits to what you can do,
there is no one that can get in your way,
what would you be able to do,
what would you be willing to do?

For the past ten years Dale has been passionate about coaching in track and field, and the past 3 years in Hockey focusing on Goalies and the mental part of competition in both sports.  He has coached athletes to the podium at a Provincial and National level as well as competed at a National Level himself. Dale has never wavered away from having a world class mind set in sports, and life. “The only Limits are the ones we bestow on ourselves.”

Dale is a family man - devoting his life, time and energy to his family. Making sure his children are ready to meet the challenges the real world will present them with, and continues to support them. Now that his children are older, have a strong foundation, he has more time and energy to help empower people to succeed and grow without limits.

He is well known for getting his athletes to want to be pushed to be the best they can be by empowering them with believing in their own personal power for their sport, life and professional endeavors.

Dale is positive, friendly, encouraging; you believed we could do anything.

From my perspective - looking on from you coaching Maureen, this is what I see as the positive influence you've had on her - and a great coach for her:

  • your patience
  • your sense of humor
  • the fact that you can get her to take the sport seriously, but herself, not so seriously
  • you can make her understand it is hard work, but there should also be some fun involved.
  • you let her know it is an integrated process as far as their body/mind goes - including nutrition and a good mental attitude; a combination of rest and training
  • letting her know the importance of goal-setting and  helping her to set them for herself
  • letting her know not to dwell too much on what's happened in the past (negatively), but to look forward to what comes next

I know that she hasn't always accepted those things at face value, but with experience, she is beginning to understand how all those things fit together.

Dale is now taking his talents to another level to help empower athletes, post secondary students and professionals because he believes two minds (a driver and navigator) can accomplish anything if the target has an envisioned and clear path written before hand– just like a map with a (a driver and navigator) destination to travel too.

He believes that each person has the power from within themselves to harness their maximum potential in life and in their professional life – no matter what the challenge.  Dale will be your advocate while you discover and widen your vision of possibility - “We are a team, accomplishing more together than we would alone.”  Be open to possibilities will open you up to endless possibilities you set for yourself.
